Venxza Inc. ("Venxza", "we", "us", "our") is a video streaming service operated from Lagos, Nigeria. This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Venxza platform, including our website, mobile applications, smart TV apps and all other Venxza products.

Account information: name, email address, password (hashed), phone number (optional)
Profile information: profile name, avatar, language preferences, maturity settings
Payment information: billing address, payment method details (processed by Stripe — we do not store raw card numbers)
Communications: messages you send to our support team

Viewing history: titles watched, watch progress, ratings and likes
Device information: device type, operating system, browser, screen resolution
Usage data: pages visited, features used, search queries, time spent
Technical data: IP address, network type, streaming quality selected

To provide and maintain the Venxza service

We do not use your personal data for targeted advertising. We do not sell your data to any third party, ever.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (typically up to 7 years for billing records).

Venxza is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at privacy@Venxza.com.

10. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for all international transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the relevant data protection authorities.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email and by displaying a notice in the Venxza app at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
