Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Venxza service, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Venxza.

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Venxza Inc., a company incorporated in Nigeria.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Venxza. If you are under 18, you may only use the service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using Venxza, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must not share your account with anyone outside your household
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering
• One person may not operate multiple free trial accounts

4. Subscription and Billing

Venxza is a subscription service billed on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

• Free trials are available to new subscribers only — one per household
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings

5. Permitted Use

Venxza grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view content through the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

• Record, copy, reproduce, redistribute or re-transmit any content from Venxza
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Circumvent any content protection, geographic restriction or digital rights management
• Use automated tools to access, scrape or download content from the service
• Share your login credentials with anyone outside your household
• Use a VPN or proxy to access content unavailable in your region

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content available on Venxza — including films, series, artwork, logos, trademarks and software — is owned by Venxza or licensed to us by content owners. All rights are reserved.

Venxza's name, logo and all related marks are registered trademarks of Venxza Inc. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

7. User Content

If you post reviews, comments or other content on Venxza, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display and distribute that content in connection with the service. You represent that you own or have the right to post any content you submit.

We reserve the right to remove any user content that violates these terms or our Community Guidelines.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use Venxza to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Harass, abuse or harm other users
• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene or harmful
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Transmit viruses, malware or other harmful code
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or impairs the service

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time from Account Settings.

On termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Venxza service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venxza's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
